The best practice would be, to fit your shower screen first, and then tile up to it.However, if you have already done your tiling, we would suggest using clear silicone SKU:4811492 to provide that extra seal between the tile and shower screen being careful to remove any excess silicone straight after fitting. It will not need to be sealed with anything it will just need cleaning as all tiles do. Thank you for your question. Our Brix Stratum tiles do not have a slight glitter effect to them. Our other faux mosaic tile range 'Toronto' do have a slight glitter effect to them.
